SIASUN and DUCO Robots to Present at METALEX2024 in Thailand!

From 20 to 23 November, Thailand International Machine Tool and Metalworking Machinery Exhibition (METALEX) was grandly opened in Bangkok, and SIASUN took a series of innovative products and system solutions to meet the market demand in Southeast Asia.

In recent years, DUCO Robots has been committed to deepening technical and industrial cooperation with countries along the Southeast Asian route to promote the synergistic development of bilateral value chains. Based on the local demand, DUCO Robots presented a variety of products such as mobile collaborative robots and palletizing workstations at this exhibition

DUCO palletizing workstation is a turnkey product created by DUCO collaborative robots, which is deeply committed to the application of palletizing industry, joining hands with industry partners and responding to the needs of end customers. Through long-term technical exploration in the field of large-load collaborative robots, the GCR25-1800 collaborative robot is the first in China to meet the load/arm span requirements of palletizing scenarios. Based on the pain points of industry end-users‘ deployment, we developed PalletStudio, a special software for palletizing, which realises end-users’ free programming in the whole stage of deployment, debugging, changeover and shifting, etc. We adopt the two-stage safety strategy of LIDAR and collaborative force-control safety guarding to realise all-around safety and security at the work site.

In this exhibition, DUCO Robots also brings the automatic material handling system - DUCO Mobile Collaborative Robot, which integrates self-developed mobile platform and collaborative robots, and can be equipped with self-developed vision and fixtures and other execution units, to achieve the handling of materials, assembly, testing and precision machining and other functional applications.
