DUCO Mobile Welding Workstation

This application demonstrates the lightweight and convenient features of DUCO collaborative robots and the advantages of flexible deployment. Based on the two core functions of graphical interaction and traction teaching, after configuring the welding process package, it can support users to quickly realise a variety of welding tasks, such as spot welding, fillet welding, pendulum welding, reciprocating welding, cladding welding, multi-layer and multi-channel welding, etc., which reduces the cost and increases the efficiency of welding automation in the fields of automotive parts, new energy, metal processing, shipbuilding, engineering machinery, aerospace and so on.

DUCO Palletizing workstations

DUCO collaborative robots are deeply committed to palletizing applications and provide station-level products in turnkey mode. Through the long-term exploration of large-load collaborative robot technology, GCR25-1800 collaborative robot is the first one in China, which meets the demand of load/arm span in palletizing scenarios.
