IARS South China International Robotics & Automation Show

On 15-17 May 2024, the IARS South China International Robotics and Automation Show opened at the Guangdong Modern International Exhibition Centre, and DUCO Robotics (Booth A4046), an industry pioneer in the development of collaborative robots, focused on the needs of its customers and demonstrated scenarios and solutions for the semiconductor, 3C, metalworking, food, and education industries. In addition to a variety of one-stop solutions, DUCO also arranged a number of technical experts to explain and exchange cutting-edge technology, to provide customers with optimal solutions for automation upgrades.

In this exhibition, DUCO Robotics dug deep into customer needs and brought common applications for palletizing, welding, gluing, screwing, vision inspection, loading and unloading, etc. At the same time, senior experts were arranged to do cutting-edge technology sharing and detailed technical explanations to help customers automation upgrading and transformation.

DUCO Mobile Collaborative Robot Loading and Unloading - Batch Application in Semiconductor Industry

This exhibition demonstrates the gapless cooperation between DUCO intelligent material handling system and mobile collaborative robots (ARVs) to achieve fully automated, cross-vehicle, lateral and point-to-point material handling, which can solve various pain points such as low handling efficiency and high error rate in the workshop.

Adopting DUCO collaborative robot equipped with 3D four-laser on-line following inspection programme, the inspection process does not take up the gluing operation beat; can be no dead-end inspection of the 3D appearance of the straight glue, curved glue, right-angle glue, width, height, whether or not the glue is broken, glue position, corner full inspection; real-time monitoring and quality can be traced.

This design enables the training station to adapt to a variety of teaching needs and allows trainees to learn and master various application skills of robots in practical operation.

DUCO palletizing Workstation - Easy Deployment in 1 Hour

DUCO palletizing workstation demonstrates collaborative robots' deep ploughing into the application of the yard industry, joining hands with industry partners, responding to the needs of end-customers and providing turnkey station-level products. Through the long-term exploration of large-load collaborative robot technology, the first 25kg GCR25-1800 collaborative robot in China, to meet the needs of palletizing scenarios of load/arm span working conditions. Based on the pain point of industry end-user deployment, we developed PalletStudio, a special software for palletizing, which realises end-user deployment, debugging, changeover, shifting and other phases free of programming.

Chongqing Lijia International Intelligent Equipment Exhibition

The 24th Lijia International Intelligent Equipment Exhibition was held on 13-16 May 2024 in the North Pavilion of Chongqing International Expo Centre. Industrial technology innovation is becoming the "main direction of attack" for the development of new quality productivity in Chongqing. DUCO robots and partners (N2 Hall 2130) together with the CNC loading and unloading applications for the machining industry and the logistics industry mobile collaborative robots and other applications, with the scene of all kinds of advanced machining equipment, all kinds of functional components on the same stage.

Shanghai Brand Expo

From 10th to 14th May 2024, China Brand Day 2024 kicked off at Shanghai World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center, with "Chinese Brands, Shared by the World" as the main theme, playing a strong movement of Chinese brands to the world. The Shanghai Robotics Association's special exhibition, with the theme of "Human-Machine Inclusion, Infinite Possibilities", brought together many robotics companies to participate.

The DUCO intelligent robot calligrapher and coffee robot made a heavy appearance, attracting the attention of the visitors.
