Duco Cobots, combined with 3D-guided vision and 2D AI online adhesive vision solution, enable precise adhesive application on car bodies while simultaneously detecting adhesive width, discontinuity, overflow, and shortage. Furthermore, the detection rate for black adhesive on a black background reaches an impressive 99.7%. By collecting samples and training the model, it becomes applicable for adhesive detection of multiple categories and colors on the production line. With just a simple parameter configuration of step size, upper and lower limits of adhesive width, the model can adapt to various processes and accommodate a wide range of adhesive colors. It effortlessly handles diverse requirements! With comprehensive inspection capabilities, it simultaneously detects adhesive quality, position, and height, effortlessly tackling the challenge of inspecting corners. Efficient phase unwrapping and 3D reconstruction algorithms are employed to rapidly generate feature point clouds.
