Solution

The GCR25-1800 Collaborative Robot further exploits the advantageous features of collaborative robots in terms of performance. On the basis of controlling its own weight at 61kg, it achieves 25kg load capacity, 1800 mm long working radius and ±0.05 mm repetitive positioning accuracy. It meets the urgent needs of collaborative applications in basic industrial scenarios such as large-load handling, packaging and palletising. At the same time, the maximum speed of the end of the end reaches 2.5m/s, the end user's production beat is increased by 20% compared with the past, which comprehensively improves the user's production efficiency. In addition to the lack of production flexibility, traditional industrial robots are also difficult to deploy. Based on the excellent performance of GCR25-1800, the palletising scenario can be applied to most of the national standard, European standard and American standard pallets, and the maximum pallet size can be up to 1200mm x 1100mm. according to the actual use of the user's calculations, the first time deployment only takes about 1 hour, and the configuration of the carton/pallet/pallet type only takes 10 minutes, and on average, it can achieve 8 pieces/min, and its return on investment cycle is less than 6 months.
